PROVIDENCE, NOV. 30, 2015 – University of South Florida volleyball player Wylie Devlin (Winter Park, Fla.) was named to the weekly American Athletic Conference Honor Roll on Monday afternoon.

AAC Release

The senior libero was instrumental in fueling a Bulls' 3-1 road win at the 2015 AAC Champions, Southern Methodist University (Nov. 25). Devlin totaled 22 digs in the upset and averaged a team-high 6.57 digs/set over her final weekend.

“Wylie had a phenomenal career with us, and I am so happy that the conference office recognized her in the final week of league play,” said USF head volleyball coach Courtney Draper. “She was an important part of our success over SMU this past weekend and an irreplaceable athlete to our program.  Wylie has consistently been one of our hardest workers in the gym and her teammates, as well as our staff, are very proud of her.”

Devlin amassed a total of 542 digs this year, fourth most in single season program history. Her 1,178 career digs rank 10th at USF.

The USF volleyball program has reached the NCAA Tournament seven times and boasts seven conference championships. The Bulls return five starters (plus a libero) from last season's team. USF is guided by fourth year head coach Courtney Draper. Follow the volleyball team on social media (Twitter | Facebook | Instagram) and visit GoUSFBulls.com for the most up-to-date information.
