RECORDS
Though this South Florida men's team is ranked fifth in the nation, it was the women who opened up the record books first. Shaniya Benjamin once again broke a record she and Zahria Allers-Liburd constantly fight for, the 200m dash (22.98), as Benjamin took fourth place.

Later Friday, Devontie Archer, Shevioe Reid, Darian Mills, and Gabriel Moronta ran the fastest 4x400m relay in men's program history (3:05.40) to qualify for finals. Then on Saturday in the finals, Tre'Sean Bouie, Reid, Moronta, and Nathan Metelus broke the record again (3:02.16) to take third place.

The women also set a new standard in the 4x400m relay. Shaniya Benjamin, Zahria Allers-Liburd, Terren Peterson, and Je'Nyia Burton ran a program record time (3:30.77) to take third place as well.

The remaining broken record came courtesy of Zayquan Lincoln, Jaleel Croal, Metelus, and Abdul-Rasheed Saminu in the men's 4x100m relay (39.03) as they claimed first place.
